She will explain how the different therapies she offers can help and then you can decide if this is for you, without any obligation to take it any further.

The initial meeting costs £90. But this meeting is just the start of the process and is included in the cost of the whole programme, where you have my full daily support for 28 days, and this costs £400.
2. Maintenance programme:
To continue the good work beyond 28 days, the cost is £20 per month.

Studio Classes Times & Prices
Our classes have a maximum of 10 people so you receive personal tuition and exercise safely and effectively in our Studio. Pilates is a slow floor based core conditioning class, to help strengthen weak joints/back problems, and increase muscle tone and flexibility.
