Sarah Murray
Sarah has been working as a pilates instructor since 2014 after completing her training with APPI. She has a genuine passion for the benefits that the practice can have on posture, performance, management of chronic conditions, conditioning and wellbeing. “I love the feeling that you get after stepping off the matt!”
She has a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and practiced full time as a physiotherapist from 2008-2018. She has worked in the NHS, private and sports settings with the majority of this time spent in orthopaedic, muscoskeletal treatment and a specilaisity in hand physiotherapy. She uses the skills learnt in physiotherapy within her pilates rehabilitation and teaching. She has completed further training in standing pilates and antenatal and postnatal pilates.
In her classes there will be attention to detail, looking at your movement patterns ensuring that the class is tailored to your needs mixed with a relaxed and inclusive style to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
