Tamsin Paolo
I have been practising various styles of yoga for over 17 years. I love sharing yoga with others and particularly enjoy helping people create space in their busy lives to find balance and reconnect. As an on-the-go mum to three young and spirited daughters, I know how difficult this can be!
My general classes (Hatha Flow) blend both Hatha (a broad term that includes most physical yoga styles) and Vinyasa (flow yoga) to enable students to enjoy a varied yoga practice.
Classes focus on improving posture, increasing strength and flexibility, developing awareness and control of the breath and enhancing feelings of overall well-being. All levels and abilities are welcome.
I am also passionate about women’s health during pregnancy and beyond. My Pregnancy and Postnatal mum and baby classes nurture, support and empower women as their bodies – and lives! – change and adjust.
In addition, I offer Beginner courses, Private classes and occasional workshops and retreats. My full schedule, including classes at Optimum Health, can be found on my website www.bendyyoga.co.uk

About Yoga:
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Through the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), you will stretch, align and calm your body. Yoga provides you with an opportunity to switch off from the stresses of daily life as well as improve your physical strength, co-ordination, balance and cardiovascular health. Classes encourage relaxation, enhance feelings of wellbeing, and help you to feel more emotionally and spiritually connected.
