Charlie Andrews Yoga Instructor
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Hari-om school of Yoga
I have always been a lover of fitness and a true gym enthusiast. When I took my first yoga class I was hooked, I loved the way it complimented my other sports but also how it helped me to distress and relax. In the 7 years of practice I have experienced many benefits of yoga but it was when I had reconstructive hip surgery in 2014 that I was truly amazed with by the power of yoga. It helped with my recovery, my mind set but also how to cope and adapt to my limitations at the time. During this time I decided to get my Teaching training qualification and haven’t looked back since!
I love learning and continue to grow on my knowledge , I regular attend workshops for yoga and anatomy with a particular interest in the bio mechanics of our bodies and how we move.
My classes are dynamic and fun, focusing on alignment and linking movement with the breath. Later on this year I will be offering classes for kids and teens which will be fun, interactive classes. Yoga is a great tool for children to help build concentration, boost confidence and learn how to deal with stress through breathing.
