John Overton
John Overton is a cyclist, a certified life coach, occasional tap and salsa dancer, musician, linguist, internationalist and a Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
A long time practitioner of yoga, John qualified as a Pilates instructor through Pilates Training Solutions of Farnham in 2015 to be able to help others like you! Since his bridging course at APPI, and through subsequent work with Michael King Pilates he has been focusing on hip and shoulder strength and rehab, standing Pilates for balance and coordination and mindfulness Pilates to bring calm. John has also introduced the HIIT principles into his practice once a month.
For those interested, John is also qualified in Self Myofascial Release Therapy and Buteyko Breathing methods. Familiar with the differing needs of people living with different conditions, John is always learning and happy to share his discoveries with you.
