If you are a complete beginner or would like more advanced personal tuition we offer a one-2-one session with our Pilates Instructors and Sports Therapists. These sessions are designed to target your weak areas, old injuries to ensure correct technique and effective results.
Pilates is a floor based class focusing on slow techniques to strengthen the deep core & lower back muscles. This will correct poor posture and muscle imbalance. Excellent for people with acute & chronic back or joint problems, pre or post surgery, general muscle weakness, and for the athlete.
Studio Classes Times & Prices
Our classes have a maximum of 8 people so you receive personal tuition and exercise safely and effectivly in our Studio. Pilates is a slow floor based core conditioning class, to help strengthen weak joints/back problems, and increase muscle tone and flexibility.
