Welcome To Optimum Sports Injury Clinic

We are a Sports Injury Clinic, offering Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Ultra Sound, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Podiatry & Clinical Pilates. Our focus is not only to aid pain relief, but finding the route problem and giving you a permanent solution.

Sports Therapy will first assess joint range of motion, stability and dysfunction.  Muscle assessments measure muscle strength, flexibility, imbalances & firing patterns.

With this compiled information we can guide you to the best treatment plan, which may include sports massage, myofacial release, trigger point release, acupuncture, ultra sound.

A rehabilitation programme will aid you back to full recovery from injury and back to sport.

Here at the Optimum Pilates Studio, we offer Pilates for all levels and abilities in a friendly, fun and welcoming environment.  Our classes have a maximum of 9 people, to enhance your experience of Pilates, ensuring correct technique, precision and control for each exercise which is essential in gaining core strength, correct muscle imbalances and eliminate risk of injury.

We have a passionate team of Pilates Instructors, some of which are Sports Therapists, meaning they have a wealth of experience working with people who suffer with back/joint problems e.g. prolapsed discs/sciatica/scoliosis/pre & post operative conditions.
