Runner’s Yoga workshop Saturday 19th November 12.00-14.00 cost £20.00 FLEET STUDIO:
Fun workshop is designed for Runners of all abilities to help boost performance. Learn how Yoga compliments running by increasing your flexibility, eases old injuries and helps prevent new ones. You will also be given an exercise card with detailed Yoga poses to practice at home to continue your Yoga journey.
We will cover key Yoga poses, breaking each one down to give you a greater understanding of each pose, key alignment technique and why it’s of benefit. This will enable you to feel confident when you leave the workshop to practice the poses at home.
