Chiropractors, Dr Matthew Kenna joins Surrey Sports Park & Dr Dean Sanders joins the Fleet Clinic
Joining the Optimum Fitness Team at Surrey Sports Park is chiropractor Matt Kenna, who has recently relocated to the area following a stint working with AFC Bournemouth in their ﬁrst season in the Premier League. Matt’s passion lies in helping identify the cause of your pain, treating it using a wide variety of treatment methods including; acupuncture, spinal and extremity adjusting, massage and taping then tailoring and working through a rehabilitation plan to make sure it stays that way.
Chiropractic is a modern, evidence informed treatment modality used world wide to treat a variety of ailments such as sciatica, low back pain, neck pain and headaches, elbow, shoulder and knee pain, and aiding the active to reach their performance potential. It is a common misconception that chiropractors just treat backs and Matt is just as at home helping elite sportsmen and women as he is the regular gym goer or weekend tennis player. Matt and the team are really looking forward to helping you achieve your optimum performance and live a pain and dysfunction free life. Dr Sean Sanders is relocating from Surbiton, where he has been running his own Clinic for the past 6 years and has been a Chiropractor for the past 19 years. Sean qualiﬁed from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa and has worked in a number of practices in the US. Sean came to the UK in 2007 and worked as a Chiropractic Associate for 3 years in North East London and for the following 5 years in South West and Central London.

Each Weight Loss Package class lasts for 1.5 hours: 45 minutes exercises, 45 minuets focusing on nutrition and the mind. Probably the most important thing when it comes to losing weight and getting ﬁtter and healthier is your mind and its relationship with food and exercise. This is where NLP comes in. NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP has some powerful tools which will enable to change your behaviour. In the second half of the class, we will discuss eating habits and will work together to change bad habits, eradicate limiting beliefs, manage negative emotional eating and maintain motivation for the long term.

Optimum Health & Fitness is tailor- making the Optimum Retreat in the Luberon region of Provence. Well known for it’s pretty hill top villages and lavender capital, this is the perfect place to stop, relax, rejuvenate and recharge. We will be offering morning Yoga practice by the pool, bike, trail running, hiking or excursions by day, and Pilates to ﬁnish, whilst watching the sunset go down and enjoying home cooked Provencal cuisine by our local host!
